Low hemoglobin, dizziness with rectal bleeding needs to be seen by a surgeon to determine the cause of the bleeding. To increase the hemoglobin the bleeding has to be controlled first.

To increase hemoglobin levels, a feeding mom can focus on a diet rich in iron-rich plant-based foods like spinach, beets, beans, lentils, chickpeas, fortified cereals, and dark leafy greens like kale and collard greens, along with vitamin C-rich foods like citrus fruits, bell peppers, and tomatoes to enhance iron absorption, and include folate-rich foods like legumes, whole grains, and nuts, and consider consulting a healthcare provider or registered dietitian for personalized guidance and supplementation if necessary.
