Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got diagnosed with balanitis about 4 days back, while I had only 2 visible red patches under the foreskin with thin discharge sticking on the surface of that patch initially. I never had any itching but had tenderness on the head area, doctor prescribed t bact cream to be applied on the patch two times for 2 days then reduced it to 1 time now however now I still see some white spot again under the foreskin developing at same location. My question is could this be fungal balanitis without itch? I am just wasting time using t bact cream

This was a small boil but due to friction and constant mild wet place its not healing - kindly suggest a ointment cream to keep it dry and heal this

I was on tretinoin tablet for few months and after that my hair has become more dry. I am having hair fall issue as well for few months it doesn't fall but after that it starts again. I am using imexia plus shampoo and 8x kt for dandruff issue. Don't know what is causing my hair length to be damaged because earlier they were so healthy. Now if i tie a knot it doesn't opens up on its own as it used to be earlier. And also not growing...
