Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There's a bump in my new piercing, I was taking cephalexin 500 and T back quiet a while now it does reduced the size of the bump. But it is still there little bit. Should I continue taking meds for 5 more days or need to change it?

I have not made any major changes to my skincare routine. However, because of the cold weather in Bengaluru, I recently started using Boroline. I already use an l-ascorbic acid lip treatment by Minimalist. Occasionally, I wear lipstick but I have never had any issues. However, over the past week, I have noticed my lips are darkening in some spots. This hadn't happened before. Along with the darkening, I am also experiencing lip years, itching, burning and some swelling. I noticed this one morning after I went to sleep having applied Boroline. Is it possible that I am having an allergic reaction to Boroline or something else? I am not on any medication either, except Vitamin D tablets once a week. Please help.

I am suffering from face dryness , Itching ,skin is becoming thicker on my face.. very severe .. Occassionally it happens to me.. but this time severe. My face look driest and dandruff like thing appears on my face..

Used betnovate for 4 months last year around the mouth area.  Consulted doctors after that they have given the non steroid gel to used for some time amd tapper down. But it's been 1 year now, still dealing the same problem painful cracker on lips,  flakiness, extreme dryness, itching, burning sensation. Every week it gets worse. Cannot use any lip products whenever i try to do so it get worse. Using only petroleum gel. And no steroid gel when it's unbearable. i have been told that skin get used to the steroid that i have used. It's been so long i have no hopes left that it will get treated.  I don't know What is the name of the problem that  i am dealing with? Is this curable? Any ingredient that is triggering the condition? Any test to know what's causing this? If any doctor has my answers please reply i want a genius treatment as it is effecting my day to day life and my mental health also. Thankyou!

Have long-standing, stable pigmentation on my calves extending upwards, present since many years, with normal skin texture and no symptoms. I understand this may be constitutional pigmentation. I want to know: – Is any treatment actually effective beyond mild cosmetic improvement? – Are lasers worth the risk in such cases, especially in brown skin? – Or is conservative care / no treatment the best approach?
