My face bumps and acne problem is started few months...redish rashes show in my face , I'm regularly used salicylic acid face wash and moisturizer.

I am facing Hair Loss for last 2 year gradually and now my hair is so thin that I can clearly see the skin from upper portion , I am getting bald day by day , I had used many oil , serum and shampoo but non of them are working on my head !!

I have 2 white bumps on my penis foreskin since a month. One is maybe like a acne or pimple. One is just a white spot. There's no pain no burning sesation nothing. Please let me know if this is concerning or not. One is on the right side of the penis. One is at the lower left side.
