I have a small patch on my ankle present for a few months. It does not itch, does not hurt, and hasn’t grown significantly. The skin looks darker than the surrounding area with a few tiny dark dots/marks inside it (almost like healed spots or old insect bites). The area feels slightly dry and discoloured, but there is no bleeding, crusting, pain, or change in shape. No symptoms on other parts of the body. I want to confirm whether this is post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, old insect bite marks, or something else.

I already have tinea curis on my groin and genital area. So I have been taking itracanozole capsules and applying some anti fungal cream on those areas . And I also use antifungal soap for the same for the past five days. But now I have these brownish spots on my palm since today morning. What can it be ?it is related to some fungal infection?

Single handel blade.{Gillette guard} that I use to shave my beard is exactly for three months day by day. It means giving gap one day to another day, exactly 4 times for week and 16 times for month in the same count 48 time in three months. I don't know for what cause I got so many black stains on my face but a skin specialist told because of heavy usage of this Gillette guard blades,each for three months as I said above and same one told  because of hair dying. It means should I not only to stop appling black color to my hair but also much usage of the Gillette blades?
