Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, My lower right lip got swollen within a span of few hours. There is no pain, only discomfort due to swelling. I travelled by train, haven't consumed anything different than ordinary. Tried cetrizine late night, cold compress, but no significant relief. Kindly suggest.

From last 5-6 days I am having some small bumps on my face. I don't know the reason. But im having it on winter . they appear and leave a light black mark after they go. What to do?

Respective doctors my question is nothing but How many times should we use the Gillette handle Razer to shave our beard cleanly for a month ? Because I'm a man who has been habituated to use it for 16 times in a month with day left another day and I keep on continue the same Gillette handle Razer for three months continuously. It means that I've been using only one Gillette Razer handle blade for 48 times in three months. Now I'm asking u that is it good to use a Gillette Razer blade for 3 months continuously to our skin like that ? And I use a black colour dye to my hair once in a month. Meanwhile I got some black stains in my facial skin very ugly way as I showed u in photo below then I doubted that  whether it was because of over usage of the single Gillette handle razer for 3 months r black color hair dye that I apply for once in a month? Please clarify my doubts the black stains which I got on my face because of back hair dye r 48 times use of the Gillette Razer in 3 month

Hey I am Vanya I am 22 year old female. I used to never have any issue of acne or pimples except occasionally during my periods. Will my face go back to being clear again? I have developed a new insecurity which I never had as an adolescent. I did have some bumps on my face which once I got checked by a dermatologist, he said it's due to excess body fat. I weigh 85Kg. I have been trying to loose weight but I gain it back and more than before. Please help me with my skin issues. I have uploaded pictures for reference.
