One year ago hair fall and patches still there's I don't know how to control I want final suggestion

I had a bad acne flare up due to an allergic reaction to protein supplements in august. I have applied my medications that were prescribed and I alternate between niacinamide and vitamin c in my routine, apply sunscreen regularly and use non comedogenic moisturiser. The post flare up red marks are still not going away. The acne is gone just the marks are still there. Please provide a solution or a medication that can help on my combination but mostly dry skin

Hey. so I don't know what these tiny little things on my face are I have visited a lot of doctors in the past 3 years few days they are acne few days they are closed comedones few say they are open comedones and I have tried using all kinds of treatment like adapalene(retinoid),salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and all the products that I use are strictly oil control gels and non comedogenic which I am for sure aware of .. but since 3 years they are spreading and increasing but not reducing at all.. I'm even tired of visiting lot of doctors can u tell me what exactly these are that are on my cheek nose forehead chin(t zone) and how to treat them. like I've been patient consistent with all the treatment that I received so far but there are no results at all. and my weight and bmi are all within the range no harmonal disturbances or pcod  I'm an intern too so please explain me the exact cause and treatment for these .. they look like clogged microcomedones but they're present for 3yrs now

Dermatologist prescribed diane 35 for hirsutism , how to take it ? Should I take it daily basis ? Can how long should I continue?
