Its been 2 days m feeling itching and small daane on face and neck after ocean bath- I am in Rameshwaram ryt now

Hey, i have been experiencing severe itching after bath whether it's cold water in summer or hot in winter and it lasts upto 15-20mins and sometimes more. I have been facing this problem from last 7-8 years. In starting i took a treatment from Dermat and as per blood tests my Eosinophils levels are high which he said the reason for this issue but after treatment again it started then i took a homeopathy treatment and same happened again as for sometime it stopped but again it started. I am literally getting very irritated with this skin disorder and it feels quite scary when i go to take a shower due to this issue, is this curable skin disorder? Please help and let me know if this can be treated fully.

So I'm facing hairfall from a few months. I did some common blood tests on my own. My Vitamin D is 25 B12 is 386 and Iron is 11 I have dandruff and itchy scalp also. I have low porosity hair. My hair length is okay but I have split ends. How can I stop my hairfall and make them thicker and fuller

I’ve been on prescribe topical finasteride + minoxidil 5 percent for 4 years. It worked initially, but I’ve started thinning again, mainly crown/temples. Derms are pushing PRP and want me stop finasteride and minoxidil, but I’m skeptical since it doesn’t block DHT. Does continued thinning mean DHT suppression isn’t enough anymore? Would it make more sense to switch to oral finasteride or dutasteride instead of PRP? What’s the logical next step before considering a transplant?

2 days ago i observed this thing on my shoulder, on that day it was not this swollen and only redness was there, right now it's consistency is firm and pain or tenderness is absent, and it's a size of a pea, discharge is also absent and I never had this in my life Can u please tell me what is this and Should I get it checked or not

“I used Faceclin (antibiotic acne treatment) continuously for about 2 years. I stopped it and transitioned to a non-antibiotic routine around 2–2.5 months ago. Currently, I use a gentle cleanser, light gel moisturizer, sunscreen in the morning, and at night salicylic acid 2% twice a week with niacinamide on other nights. Right now, I have no red, inflamed, or painful acne. Acne is largely under control.
