Dark patches on body I have this on my hand and it doesn't itch or feels burn and i think that it day by day spreading also and i want to remove this and please tell me what is this and why is this also i have similar on my lower belly

I am having lots of acne , clogged pores on face and it's even leaving so much darkness on face after going , i even used to have acne back then too but now it's increasing so much like even in winter , I have from this year started using dot and key's skincare products it seems not to be suiting me , I have been using their vit c moisturizer and their watermelon sunscreen + on some day in week I was using minimialist alpha arbutin , after almost 2 months I saw no recovery in face even lil worsening so I switched to dot and key niacinamide moisturizer instead with vit c sunscreen + on certain days minimalist salycylic acid serum. This literally ruined my skin and I started getting even more acne , also I don't get usual acne they're like clogged pore they don't have blood etc in it they're like dry but when they goes they leaves some mark mostly darkness on face , i stopped using serum them now I am normally using only moisturizer and some other sunscreen . Acne seems not to much care

I have mole and warts on my face since 11 years few new moles are also developing ,some warts whivh developed during pregnancy time had dissolve but big one is there ,what to do and how to prevent this skin condition ,and what us that balck spot type is it melasma strting

My father is 63 y/o. Recently we have noticed some white spots on his body. First spot was appeared 5years ago. Now there are 10-15 on the chest and back area. The spots are grain sized and non itchy. Is it first stage vitiligo? will it be spreaded on face? (My fathers maternal uncle's family had a history of vitiligo) Should we consult to some doctor?
