Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I have been dealing with a plantar wart on my foot that has become painful when pressed. I've tried using antiseptic cream and am considering over-the-counter treatments like Himalaya Chiropex Gel. However, I'm unsure about the best approach for effective treatment. Could you please provide guidance on the most effective treatment options and any additional steps I should take? Thank you!

My wife aged 43 has been suffering from itching throughout her body for the last six months. She has to take cetrizine 10 mg tablet daily to get relief from her itching.if she takes the tablet daily then there is no itching but if she miss the tablet then the itching starts and when she scrub the skin with her nail then red, scaly patches develop there.It's a daily problem.As we know that it is  not good to take the tablet daily but there is no other option. Actually what is the problems?

I have been suffering from Ringworm for the last 5 Years .Doctors prescribed Syscan with Tonidazole but Ringworms appear again if I discontinue.Please Advise Good Medicine.

I have severe dry skin with intense itching and mild burning sensation on inner arms and sides of ribs. And all over my back it happens to me every night especially midnight times It gets triggered when I do any body movements or any workout I also have rough strawberry-like bumps in these areas. This problem happens only during winter and rainy season, every year. I have hypothyroidism and I am taking levothyroxine regularly.

Last time I got Eczema on leg, I was prescribed Momate Lotion (0.1%). I again got Eczema now on face (around nose and mouth) but it has almost healed. Only the hyperpigmentation is remaining. Can I use the same medicine to reduce the pigmentation?
