Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Clinical Presentation: Morphology: Approx 3cm circular patch. The center is smooth. The border shows roughness, which appears to be short, broken hairs. Sensory Deficit (Crucial): I have tested the area with thermal (ice) and mechanical (pin) stimuli. The patch shows definite Hypoesthesia (diminished sensation) compared to the surrounding scalp. It is not totally anesthetic but significantly duller. Associated Symptoms: No itch in the spot itself. However, the rest of my scalp has severe dandruff and pruritus (I recently stopped using shampoo). My Concern: Given the hypopigmentation and sensory loss, I am worried about Hansen’s Disease (PB) vs. Alopecia Areata vs. Tinea Capitis. Questions: Based on the morphology (smooth center, broken hair border), does this look more like autoimmune or infectious? Does the sensory loss warrant an immediate biopsy/slit skin smear? What is the recommended immediate course of action?"

I had some growth near anal and no pain, ots just light itching and no bleeding and easily moveable, what is the cause, is it curable, is it cancer, please tell me, very worried, find the image in attachment

I’ve been dealing with dry, peeling lips for years, and it’s like a new layer pops up every couple of days. I can easily peel off this dry, flaky layer. I have severe and stubborn pigmentation after picking the acne that pigmentation got spread in surrounding area. My derma told to try tca peel but I am afraid to do it. Please suggest any inoffice peel that is safe and fades pigmentation at earliest. Please I am very much concerned about it

All my life I had naturally curly hair but from past 2 years I have scalp pain i don't know weather it's headache or scalp pain. After 3 days of hair wash, scalp pain is more and unbearable feels like removing curls and when curls are removed it keeps tangled and more hair loss is seen. Pls help with pain and hair loss remedy.

From last few weeks in i am having a itching in my body mainly in under knee area, waist, neck, scalp or sometimes on lips. Generally happens in evening n morning i ignore to scratch but it happens continuously then later hives appears on that area sometimes the itching get so bad.
