Hi Doctor, I’ve been experiencing noticeable hair fall for the past few months. Some days it’s mild, and other days it increases — roughly between 20–60 strands. The hair fall is more prominent during showering, shampooing, combing, or even when running my hands through my hair. I suspect it may be related to work stress, nutritional deficiencies, or possibly androgenetic alopecia, as both my grandfathers and father have a clear history of hair thinning and partial baldness. I’ve also noticed increased visibility of the scalp around the crown area, and I’m attaching photos for reference. Additionally, I’ve recently developed dandruff as the weather has become colder and drier, although this wasn’t an issue during the summer months. I have a rash on neck which was almost invisible through naked eye 3 months ago.I applied some itch guard and also applied beclomethasone for 4 days.It got well.But again it has come back and gotten worse.My skin is all red and peeling.

When I was in 12th grade, I noticed some flat growths on my face. I observed them for about five years before finally going for laser treatment. However, the flat warts eventually came back, and the open pores left from the treatment are still visible. Now the warts have started to grow again.how can i get rid of this

Hair related, I am not sure the reason but I have dandruffs issue and I am guessing water is also an issue for my hair fall, usually after head massage my hair fall increase.

I got new slides a week ago- they would get damp often but i wouldnt remove them- after some days i noticed redness itching in toes and also rash mark on top of foot. Now i have switched to open slippers Plz suggest me any good anti fungal cream to apply on the affected areas..
