I have had comedonal acne (tiny white bumps) on my cheeks and chin since 2023. Initially, a dermatologist advised me to apply tretinoin pinpoint using a toothpick on each comedone. This made my condition worse and caused multiple breakouts. About a year later, I consulted another doctor who prescribed a salicylic acid–based foaming cleanser and a niacinamide serum (Blemguard). These products helped reduce active acne, but the small white bumps/comedones have still not cleared. I am looking for guidance on how to effectively treat the persistent bumps and prevent further breakouts and help with textured skin. Attaching the pictures below

So I have a mole on my head. Everything is good but if I don't wash my hairs for 2-3 days, my head near that mole area starts paining on touch.  If I wash my hair , pain is gone and reappears if I don't wash again for next 2-3 days. Attaching pic of that mole
