I am an 18 year old male, 55kg, from Indore.
I have been dealing with face and chest acne
for 5 years along with extremely oily skin.
I have been consistent with basic skincare
for 2 years. I use Adapalene + Clindamycin
phosphate gel (sandwich method, every other
day) and my skin clears up within 2 weeks
of regular use. However acne returns when
I stop or become inconsistent.
I am tired of being dependent on topical
treatment long term and want a permanent
solution.
I am considering isotretinoin. My questions:
1. Am I a suitable candidate given my
acne is mild but persistent?
2. What dose would you recommend for
my weight (55kg)?
3. What precautions should I take
during summers specifically?
4. Which brand would you recommend ?
