Hello doctors, ive been diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a month ago. I started taking thyronorm 25 mcg about 2 weeks back . But suddenly since past 2 days during showering im noticing hair loss ~ 30 strands . I usually dont shed this many strands of hair until i use shampoo. And i still dont shed hair when combing with my fingers after showering . Im really concerned about this. Is this balding or a side effect of the medicine? Ive never had this many hair fall during shower just 3 days ago. Please help. 🙏

Hello Mam hypothyroidism can lead to hairfall but other blood tests are also required to asses the route cause of hair fall .proper evaluation and history is needed
