Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have noticed this blackness or tanning just down my nails..can you please tell me what is this..I have these on fingers of both hands but is more visible in right one. I have attached the photo, take a look It was alsways there little bit but now it is more visible. Also i have googled about it and it shows thyroid problem and other disease such as cancer and all..I'm terrified now. 6 month ago i have blood test and also thyroid test and my thyroid profile was normal and in ranges, but i have vit d and b12 deficiency. And also i have dark knuckles. Please take a look into the photo attached and tell me reason. I have severe health anxiety so I'm stressed right now.

Hello Doctor, I am a  17 year old girl with dry skin. I never had acne in my entire life, but after I turned 17, I suddenly gained around 6 kg and started developing severe, painful acne with pus. The acne mostly appears on my cheeks and jawline. It reduces for a few days sometimes, leaving dark spots, but then it flares up again with painful, inflamed pimples. I have tried multiple suitable skincare products, but nothing has helped in controlling the breakouts fully. My menstrual cycle is completely regular and I have no reproductive health issues. I am facing too much hair fall..use so many hair oil.. herbal home made items..but hairfall not reducing... I'm feeling worried about this problem... please help me...my hairs are so thin...and no dandruff problem... Hello, I have dry, red, flaky skin on both my eyelids and under my eyes. It started on my eyelids about 6 months ago after a makeup artist applied false eyelashes and some glue got on my lids. The under-eye dryness began 2-3 months ago. These areas sometimes itch, and the dryness, redness, and flakiness keep coming back. I have tried moisturizers like Cetaphil and CeraVe, which help temporarily, but the problem persists. The rest of my face is unaffected.
