My mother has big dark spots on her back which feels itchy. The black spots are spreading and it feels like an insect is biting her back.

It starts next day after taking Allegra it gets better My hair are also getting thin day by day please suggest any good colour

What is the white bubble formation below eye? How can it be cured? Is it dangerous for skin? Does it need a surgery or will it go away with some meds?
