Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi I can see circular patch in my neck and it's there long back, no itching not doing anything. is this normal?

I had a black mole on nose in childhood .... i used home remedy to remove it .... mole gone but now there is a scar which is not flat .... a dermatologist removed it again but it developed again that scar ... what to do ... its not black in colour but there is scar which is not flat ... what to do ?? Which treatment should i opt to make the scar look flat ... i attached the photo

I used to get painful acne on my chin area.. Which is very deep and leaves scars every time.. Tried applying bmj neo acne gels still not working.. Kindly advise why I'm getting and how to treat this..

Hi Doctor, I have mild Pitted Acne Scars on  one side of my face. Can  external application of Tretinoin 0.025 percent cream reduce the visibility of scars. Is aloe vera based cream useful  Please help.

My baby is 5 month old since when he was 2 month he got some small white spot on the back side.. Actually upper back side shoulder area . still it's present but I feel that spot is kind of  dry patch.. I don't know what should I do🙁 I have consult a pediatrician he advised nothing to do it will go byself . . . But it's doesn't.. No itchy No redness.. Hi I have good skin care  , currently I am using tretinon 0.025 %  and use aha bha peel by dermaco , so want to know that can I took isotretinoin supplement without prescription and I am in thyroid medication is there any problem if I took it , before skin care my face is full  with  commedonal acne after the skin care it cure but. There are few pimple came  alternate day   I use patch and use benzoyl peroxide 2.5 to cure it cures but it gives the dark spot. And acne marks so want to use medication like isotretinoin so want to know that should I take the medicine is there any problem .

I have vit d vit b12 iron zinc magnesium levels in normal range only but still i have hair fall what could be reason I'm having baldness on my scalp area more i m not having thyroid but mild pcod from past 12 yrs when i keep oil and comb my hair i will loose lot of hair I'm afraid of keeping oil to my hair becoz of this and i use coconut oil itself during winters i  always have dandruff want to reason what is causing hairfall its becoming thinner day by day any other reason other than pcod as pcod will also cause hair fall na any other tests should be done??

Dry skin extreme itching when stressed how to overcome? Moisturizer helps but not always I need wound healer .
