I’ve been having body itching for a few days! It comes and goes—sometimes it starts in the morning and if I scratch, it goes away by the afternoon. But now it’s been continuous and lasts the whole day! It’s not extremely severe, but it’s very uncomfortable. Sometimes the itching is on my face, especially when water runs on it! Otherwise, it itches on my neck, legs, thighs, back, chest, and arms. When it itches on my chest, it turns red, and when I scratch my arms, red rashes appear. I can share a picture of it from this morning. Can you help figure out what this is?

It's been around 6 months since I saw a change in my hair texture, some of them are really crinkly and it's really stressing me out so I keep plucking them.
