Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing a skin problem on my neck for the last two years. The skin on my neck looks very thin and delicate, and I have visible lines and mild rashes on the neck area. My overall skin tone is fair, but the skin on my neck looks different from the rest of my body and face, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. The neck area also looks uneven in texture with fine lines and dryness. Sometimes it appears slightly irritated or patchy. Because of this, my neck does not match my natural skin tone and it affects my confidence. I take care of my diet and do not eat junk food, and I do not have any known allergies. Despite this, the condition has remained the same for almost two years without improvement. I would like your guidance regarding: • What could be the cause of this problem • Whether it is related to skin thinning, dermatitis, or pigmentation • Which cream, serum, or treatment would help improve the neck skin texture and reduce the lines and rashes.

I have black spots on my cheeck since when I was 10 years old. I went to two doctors and get treatment for longer time but no results were shown. I have place pigmented rough skin on my chin also. What should I do?

M26 with hair loss and visible thinning at the crown. Two years ago a dermatologist prescribed topical Minoxidil + Finasteride (10%) and oral Minoxidil 2.5 mg. no oral finastride After about 2 months I noticed reduced erections and absence of morning erections, so my family doctor advised me to stop the medicines. Within a week my erections and libido returned to normal.  Recently after 2 years  I consulted another dermatologist because my hair loss increased. She prescribed only topical Minoxidil 5% (1 ml nightly) without Finasteride and said Minoxidil is not known to cause sexual side effects(many dermo said this same thing) . previously I can masterbate 2-3 times and was hard After using minoxidil  the first night I did not get a morning erection the next day. I can still get erections with sexual thoughts or masturbation, but they feel slightly weaker and morning erections are absent. Could this be psychological or related to Minoxidil? Should I continue the medication or stop it?
