I want to know what is this black or reddish patch.if my father is going to itch fastly this patch blood will come. What is solution.is it serious??

I am a 22-year-old male who has been using topical minoxidil for hair loss management. Over the past months, I have documented progressive thinning at my temples and a slight recession of my frontal hairline, although the overall density at the top and crown is moderately maintained.Recently, I tried oral minoxidil tablets (2.5 mg), but I started experiencing transient episodes of increased heart rate lasting about one hour after each dose. My scalp also shows a visible whorl at the crown, but not excessive thinning in that area.I am currently considering continuing topical minoxidil and have started using rosemary oil for scalp care. Based on my attached photos showing different angles of the current stage of hair loss, can you advise the best management plan for my hair loss progression and scalp health?

I have itching around Chin area on both sides since last 3 Months. initially I thought it's the upper skin removed and the inner skin showing as light pink color. I wasn't shaving quite regularly but with a gap of 8-10 days. In now realised that this skin itching is spreading with that light color from under the Chin till near to left ear under the cheek and on the right side too spreading from the Chin. I applied over the counter cream ring gaurd today but that doesn't seem to be working well on the itching. Pls suggest.

Hloo my face and neck also have so many mini bumps . Recently I use sebonac(salicylic acid 1percent)for mini bumps but no result. I think using sebonac my mini bumps are spread my neck area. Please advise how to control this in my face. And I have oily skin and dandruff issue also.
