Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

History - protected sexual exposure on 25.08.25 Three pimple like thing appeared and heals within 10day(used mupirocin ointment8days, luliconazole cream8days,took fuka 1dose and doxycycline 4days) Again these appeared 24.09.25 very close to the earlier ones..(pics attached) Just little itchy feels only1-2 days. No pain no other symptoms These seems fungal/herpes /Folliculitis?? Please help
