I’ve been experiencing itching on my left heel for the past 5 months. Even after applying Saibol, it hasn’t completely healed. Recently, the itching has increased. Could you please suggest what I should do?

• This looks like chronic dry eczema (heel dermatitis) with thickened skin and fissuring, possibly with superadded fungal component
• Long duration itching + scaling + no complete relief with Saibol suggests it is not just simple dryness
Helpful Tips / Words of Caution:
• Avoid walking barefoot → increases dryness and infection risk
• Keep feet clean and dry but do not over-wash
• Do not scratch → worsens thickening and itching cycle
• If cracks become painful/bleeding → needs early treatment to avoid infection
