Om my right hand little finger had little swelling on front and back side it is little itching also and little pain too from 3 days .. Can I use any powder or ointment .. plz tell urgent 😔

I've molluscum in my genital area I took blood text it turns out negative but molluscum is still spreading..I've use only tretin cream so far .. what should I do to stop the spreading
