Which shampoo is good for healthy scalp and hair to maintain healthy PH of scalp My hair is thin and frizzy

My age is 33, and about 30% of my beard hair and 20% of my head hair have turned gray. If there is no permanent solution, I want a long-term remedy that will help keep my hair black for a long time.

I gave birth last year . That time I had good hair growth. But from past 3 months I am having extreme hair fall. Whenever I comb my hair getting hair from the root . My hair density also decreased. I am also working. Currently breastfeeding my 1.5 month baby also. . Hair fall not reducing kindly provide solution.

I have been getting hives and 5 years ago, got diagnosed with Urticaria. Used Bilastine 20mg for about 1-2 years then switched to Levocetirizine 5mg and have been taking those tablets daily. Are there any side effects for daily usage? Is it concerning because there is no stoppage of hives and have to take levocetirizine daily. My dermatologist suggested me to use the same tablets for years but this indefinite time is now causing a concern to me.

Hi Respected Dr. I’m reaching out regarding a skin infection on my niece’s face (10 year old) that has been persisting for the past four months. Despite using the "Miconazole nitrate cream IP 2% w/w" cream as prescribed during a previous consultation, the infection seems to be worsening.
