Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I just wanted to ask regarding my mother who is 52 year old , she is having excessive hair loss dont know why. She is  eating diabetes medicine and some medicine regarding spinal issue.. Pls suggest me what is to be done to prevent hair loss problem.

Suffering from mouth ulcers from the last 2 and half years. Initially consulted the ENT specialist, then Dermatologist. At present also suffering.

I have combination skin which gets dry in winters and oily in summer and can be sensitive at time . I am suffering from only closed comedones from last 2-3 years now. The closed comedones aren't painful or anything. I have tried using 2% salicylic acid serum and 5% niacinamide serum but nothing seems to work or treat them. I would love some suggestions on how to treat them

I have been suffering with anal itching from past one year. I have consulted dermatologist twice but they says no issue and also i consulted proctologist they say there is mild fissure and nothing to worry and i dont have any issue like bleeding pain while passing stools. The dermatologist i have visited examined and says there is no issue and suggested me oral antibiotic, antbiotic cream, antifungal cream and calamine lotion but nothing worked. I tried vaseline, coconut oil, neem oil no use and instead the itching became worse and even when water gets into contact it is giving me severe pricking and stinging sensation. Can oneone help what is happening with me..

Doctor, Today while I was doing gym, accidentally my left finger got pressed to the rod while moving and therefore formed a black colour blood clot in left finger. What should be the next course of action for me, will it remain as a bump or any scar or will it go? Please clarify, thanks in advance

Mam my husband is 36 years old and goes for gym daily. Recently he got a Lil reddish kind of discharge from the right nipple and also irritation ..even when he is having shower and water gets on the nipple he has a burning sensation. It happened 2 years back also we got test done everything was okay. And then he reduced going to gym but recently started back again like 6 months back and this happened again. I have noticed this blackness or tanning just down my nails..can you please tell me what is this..I have these on fingers of both hands but is more visible in right one. Hello Doctor, I am a  17 year old girl with dry skin. I never had acne in my entire life, but after I turned 17, I suddenly gained around 6 kg and started developing severe, painful acne with pus.
