My acne is now controlled but I have acne scars and dar spots and pigmentation and an uneven skin tone . I have tried some Vitamin C serum but no results.Please suggest me some perfect serum that could be used to reduce this condition and get a perfect skin tone

Kindly advise what treatment can be started for the time being until we visit you, and whether this could be due to a skin condition, fungal infection, allergy, or pigmentation issue. I am a student and i had acne as you can see in photo , i started treatment of them using youtube dermatologist videos and research on chatgpt althoug i did not used any natural remedies as i am a science student and i thought they can cause problems so i trusted modern medicine and started adapline every night (pea sized) and benzoyl peroxide on acne areas in morning And i followed this routine Morning : cetaphil syndet bar for cleanser and then moisturizer non comedogenic and than benzoyl peroxide And in night : same  syndet bar for cleanser ,than after 20 minutes adapline and than sleep I knew about sunscreen but i thought i remain all day in home and avoid sunlight as i am preparing for exam online Now ,this is the result of 75 days of adapline And now i think i did a mistake for not consulting a dermatologist I regret my this type of scientific thinking and rationality Can any doctor suggest me what should i do

Hi, I am having redness and itching under my foreskin. I tried consulting doctor for which they suggested Flucanozole and Candid Cream. It has been 2 months now but still there are no signs of improvement. There is a bad odour and buildup of smegma even after cleaning everyday with warm water now. Stopped using soap. Could this be a bacterial infection too and not just Fungal. Please help. The end of the penis head is swollen and red. There are also cuts developing under the foreskin which normally does not happen. I am allergic to NSAID and Quinolone.

I lastly consulted doctor here on July 2024 for face pigment and suggested cream and ethiglo glutathione tablet for 2 month and later on 2025 I have noticed some new moles and I feel like still new moles are occurring and recently I had a small black line like splinter haemorrhage and it went away but I'm very concerned about the reason. I keep on thinking is it because of the intake of glutathione (took tablet for 40 days) or some vitamin deficiency. Please do reply

Hello Doctor, I have a patch on both shoulder and near left arm pit that is light brown in color. It has been there for some time and has not spread. There is no itching, pain, or irritation.
