• From the image and history, these look like multiple closed comedones (whiteheads) over the chin area • Microneedling has helped partially because it improves skin turnover, but it does not treat the root cause • The main issue here is oil + clogged pores + keratin buildup, especially common in the chin (often hormonal area) Why it is recurring • Excess oil production → blocks pores • Dead skin accumulation → forms whiteheads • Hormonal influence (chin/jawline area) • Improper maintenance after procedures like microneedling What will actually help • You need regular comedone control + oil regulation, not just procedures • A consistent medical skincare routine is required for: – Reducing pore blockage – Preventing new lesions – Maintaining results after microneedling Next Steps (Important) • Avoid repeated procedures without maintenance therapy • Start a structured dermatological regimen (this is key for long-term results) • If lesions are persistent, comedone extraction + maintenance therapy may be needed Helpful Tips • Do not pick or squeeze → can worsen and cause marks • Keep the area clean but avoid over-washing • Maintain consistency—this condition improves gradually, not overnight
