it can be Pyogenic Granuloma (very likely), Wart or cyst.
Because your bump bleeds and is painful, and has stayed 1 month, no home cream will permanently remove it if it is a pyogenic granuloma or cyst.
Avoid repeatedly pressing it, that can worsen bleeding or cause infection.

• Most likely a wart (verruca) or a small epidermoid cyst
• Since it bleeds on pressure and has persisted for 1 month, wart is more likely

• Warts are viral → can spread if scratched
• Do not cut or pop it → may increase bleeding/infection
• Keep area clean and dry
• If rapid increase in size, severe pain, or frequent bleeding → get it examined early
