Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Once again I am submitting my problem, since one month and above I have severe fatigue, chills, muscle pain with weakness, nausea and abdominal discomfort. I am diabetic on insulin. My dengue, malaria, lepto, blood and urine culture are negative. Lft, rft, electrolytes, vit B 12,vit d also normal. But day by day my condition is worsening. I am sending my chest xray and latest cbc report. Please advice me with your phone number so i can consult with you online.

I am a working mom who works in shifts and does night duty too..I have a peculiar problem ,  in every few days I face inability to burp. As long as the burp is not released I feel very very uneasy.. shortness of breath, dizziness racing heart beat , anxiety and discomfort... With lots of efforts the burp releases . Once burp releases I feel totally fine. But this is making my day to day life very difficult bcz as long the burp is not released I feel extremely uneasy. Please advice

I am getting lower navel pain and right side groin pain when I use Indian style bathroom it goes to right testicle when i tty to strain why it is paining? And I am getting stomach pain while urination no vomitings or motion but discomfort and pain in lower abdomen and right side to pubic bone the pain will be even exist while washing Anal after bowel during bending down I can see some cyst type in right testicle what it is hernia or cancer?? I have an impacted third molar that pains very often. Almost every 2 nd day! It isn't visible in oral cavity but does gives me discomfort! Bcs of that i get severe cheek bite marks/ like I literally suck on my cheeks and it gets traumatised! Raised linea alba, red bitten marks on the inside/ roughness in cheeks/ rashes! Period is missed for 11 days , but not pregnant. First time hapoened.other Symptoms are lower back pain, buttock pain on right side, vaginal discomfort, head ache, abdominal bloating ang gassy. Period was regular till last month. No cyst / ectopic pregnancy found in the PV scanning. Awaiting hormonal blood test results. What could be the reason?? I am stressed because of this.

My impacted third molar ( not erupted/ cannot erupt) Pains every now and then ! Not a sharp pain but a very annoying dull / long pain throughout days! Painkillers don't work, just applying mucopain which gives temporary relief ! Also it is spoiling my cheek tissues since i do some involuntary actions throughout the day to alleviate that discomfort!
