Hello doctors, I have been suffering from multiple soft stools in a day with some stomach discomfort. I had my c sec 3 months ago and this is an issue I have been having for a long time. Recently the doctor did MR enterography , faecal calprotectine, sigmodscopy but all tests come normal for bowel. Doc is telling no need for colonoscopy . I recently got a little bit of a needle kind pain  in the naval occasionally.Doc are saying it is ibs but i am not sure whether i push for colonoscopy or not.Can anyone help here.

Hi Mam, I had burning sensation while urinating and felt discomfort and advised to take urine test and culture. Report came as klebsiella pneumonia positive and doctor advised to take norflox for 7 days and cranmed supplement for 7 days. Sensation felt like resolved but recurred back again after 2 days. I am currently taking pre and pro biotic supplement - florita. kindly advice if I should take any other antibiotic that is sensitive in report. Report attached. Kindly help.

Lately i am getting pain in left hand and left left shoulder, i have taken all tests from ECG, 2D ECHO, TMT, Cardiac CT, doctor said it has PAPVC with no ASD. But this pain is not related to heart. I have advised for physiotherapy and gave medicine called Etova MR. Taken for alamost 20 days not working at all. Sometimes its shoulder joint, sometimes its backside shoulder and sometimes under collar bone, like this i keep getting pain. I get lot of fear pain and discomfort. Kindly help me Please

My mother 48 years, going through premenopause was having complaints of body heat, weakness and stomach discomfort went for pelvic ultrasound and have endometrial thickness of 13.2 mm with fsh 12.61. Her last period was on 9th June which was for one day very light. And before that she used to get once in a 2 months with normal bleeding. What should be the next steps? I have been experiencing intermittent pain in the cervical region, along with bilateral shoulder discomfort. At times, the pain radiates down to my hands, accompanied by tingling sensations specifically in the medial two fingers. The symptoms are not constant but occur intermittently. I have noticed some relief with Pregabalin, and occasionally Zerodol also helps reduce the pain. I also experience associated headaches from time to time.

I have small white spot in my gum behind my 2nd molar tooth where previously (4yrs ago) surgical extraction of wisdom tooth is done. I have taken many antibiotics (monocef,sporidex725,augmentin625)..but its not completely cured. Its painless but i have discomfort during chewing after eating the spot reduced then again build up. So 2 dentist suggest me to do upper 3rd molar extraction and i have also done it..but still the problem not going..im helpless now what the hell is happening with me?

3 months before I had an external hemorrhoids which was very painful and slowly the conditions improved. It is still there but not causing any discomfort. Recently I found one more hemorrhoid seems to be coming from inside and it is not going away since 5 days. I am worried if it is grade 4 hemorrhoid. I am at a place where I cant get medical attention until 2 3 months. I am worried if it gets worse and afraid if i had to go for surgery. Please suggest me what I shohld I do? Whenever I go for a walk after dinner, for the past 3–4 days I’ve been experiencing pain in my chest, mainly on the left side. The pain starts off mildly but increases when I walk more. It radiates from my left chest to my left arm and reaches down to my palm. This pain has been continuous for the past 3–4 days. There is a slight discomfort in my left breast, but the pain in my arm and palm is quite intense. The pain increases if I try to hold or grip something.

Hi I am male 20, hindu with an uncircumcised penis with foreskin on top ,i don't feel any pain or discomfort in anything . My penis retracts back when flaccid but not when erect, the glans feels very sensitive when touched.. Is it phimosis or normal? I see a lot of non muslim with this problem.
