Hi Doctor, Recently a week back i fell down the stairs . I have a previous history of slip disc ...i visited a neurologist for the pain pain and an MRI of spine was done. There are no fractures but have mild injury near the tailbone ...the doctor prescribed  Tolpes 150 and Dolo T ,advised 3 weeks bedrest . When I'm taking Tolpes 150 ...i feel mild dizziness and some discomfort . Will these symptoms resolve or should I stop this medicine. Please advise

Hello Doctors, I've been suffering from gas issues from past few months now, last month i was on medication which gave me some relief. I went on vacation few days back and after coming back, I'm feeling blurry vision, lightheadedness and gas issues again. I in general don't feel active anymore, all i want to do is sleep. Sometimes i feel my chest is heavy but there's no cough or shortness of breath. I did ECG last month 2 times and it was normal. What could be the reason of weakness and discomfort? My Echo and TMT are normal for Myocardial Infarction related changes. But Cardiologist told Heart Rate Recovery was very slow after switching off Tread Mill. Being tested due to chest discomfort a day before TMT test. Is this an issue? I was given Ecospirin AV 75/20 and Corbis 5 for two weeks and asked to come back after two weeks.

I asked my sibling to walk on my back on 2nd Jan after a long journey. After that my back starts hurting in early morning around 4-5 AM everyday which discomforts my sleep. I can't sleep in any pose or any side. It hurts a lot. I went to a doctor last month he told me that it's a muscular spasm it will be cured after sometime but this is getting worst. I don't feel any pain during sitting walking or sitting. It hurts only during sleeping and mostly in the morning. Pls advise

Kindly help me doctors, I have breathing difficulties from last 2 years dr said it is brochitis, when I inhale the air is not reaching to my lung, after 4 to 5 attempts of inhale from mouth I get relief but now I get mild chest pain, cough and discomfort chest like pressure or tightness it makes me anxiety and my body get cold . I haven't been sexually active since august 2022 and i've always been getting my period everymonth on time . There hasn't been any changes in the bleeding pattern or anything. It has always been a 5 day period but in December I was 10 days late . When that period came it was also a 5 day bleeding . Is it possible that I have a cryptic pregnancy. I had a fever on Sunday but it went away after taking a paracetamol. Since then I have a sore throat and headache. Gargling and taking vapour eased my headache and throat pain a little but after two days of gargling and taking vapour suddenly throat is starting to have an itchy feeling. After that my voice changed, it has become hoarse and some words are coming out as whispers. Now my throat is itchy and has mild pain. Headache has gone away completely. Hi, I'm having left side chest pain, discomfort, pain under left armpit. Not able to sleep properly.Getting shortness of breathe while sleeping. I took ecg several times all are normal. 3days back i took tmt and 2d echo both are normal. Please help me to get relief from this situation. Cholesterol - 249 Ldl -156 Hdl - 61 Triglycerides - 161

2 weeks passed only half partial healing  of tooth socket happened ***It was traumatic extraction.due to gross Carries. Peri apical pathology was present .
