Complaints of itching, redness, and irritation in the thigh and armpit regions. Reports experiencing worsening symptoms over the past week. Initially, they noticed mild itching and redness, which has progressed to significant discomfort, particularly in the groin and armpit areas. The itching has become unbearable, interfering with daily activities and causing sleep disturbances.

My daughter 6 months old had suffered from severe diarrhoea last month and her report revealed she had infection and lactose intolerance too. She was treated and now on testing stool again she is still having lactose intolerance with no infection. We gave her simulac total comfort while she was admitted. After a week of getting discharged we have her simulac 1 but I feel she is still having some gastric discomfort or something related to that. Which formula should we give keeping all the things mentioned above in mind. (6 months age)

I frequently feel slight pain in chest area of moderate intensity which causes trouble for me. I always think of heart problem and have taken all the heart related test. Ecg, echo and tmt. Tmt was negative and was done in nov 2023. I am taking pantaprozole empty stomach. But still this discomfort is there. I am not able to sleep entire night thinking that if it is related to heart or what. Every second i remain very anxious and troubled. Please help. Reports are attached.

I have been diagnosed with TMJ. I have face and teeth asymmetry, clicking and stiff jaw, jaw pain when i open my mouth, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and mood swings, breathing difficulties,improper sleep pattern from discomfort on the head and neck's position. Hello, I have been suffering from throat discomfort and i got USG neck done...impression says - no significant abnormality detected but on the other hand it also says  : Bilateral subcentimetric  cervical lymph nodes are seen with maintained central fatty hilum. Lymph nodes of right side largest measuring 9 *3.1 mm and level II and left side largest measuring 8.7 * 3.3 mm at level II...pls tell me is this serious ? Added photo

I have mild pain and discomfort in the upper middle part of my abdomen just below the ribcage. I'm a little overweight for my age. I got similar pain last year and it was suspected as gastritis. I've been a smoker for almost 8-9 years and I quit it 2 days ago. Now, I'm confused if the pain is the same old problem or is it because of quitting smoking, as I have been experiencing constipation too.

Hi sir/mam, I am in final mbbs and i regularly experience tingling sensation in lower limbs mostly thighs which causes extreme discomfort. It is acute in onset and gradually progressive making me irritated and disturbs studies. Disappears after few minutes to hours. What might be the cause of this and how should I proceed with this ? Should I take a muscle relaxant ? Or is it nerve related ? Should I consult an orthopaedist ? Please help me come to a solution. Thanks

I'm 24years old. My height is 5ft 7inch. And from my teen age only I developed habit of rounding my back everytime. Whenever I sit, walk or stand my spine rounds everytime. I want to straighten my back. How can I do it? Whenever I try to straighten my back while sitting or standing, either I forget to keep straighten my back after 10-15 mins or it becomes discomfortable for me. Please help me. I dont have any back pain issues at all.

Doctor I did my ecg tropinin i and stress echo two months back report was normal .Now from sometime like from week - 2 eek back I am experiencing left chest pain discomfort along with left arm pain and back pain . Is this be related to heart . I went to physician who said. My pulse and bp were normal . I do not drink do not smoke .No known history of heart attack in my family .no diabetes .

From the MRI, I have been diagnosed with a grade 2 partial ACL ligament tear. The orthopaedic surgeon has advised physical therapy for a few weeks before exploring the surgery option. I don't have much pain but a feeling of weakness & discomfort is there in the affected leg. While I am doing physical therapy, is there any ayurvedic supplements or medicines that I can take to heal the ACL tear and avoid surgery.??..thanks
