USG neck ultrasound misunderstanding
Hello, I have been suffering from throat discomfort and i got USG neck done...impression says - no significant abnormality detected but on the other hand it also says  : Bilateral subcentimetric  cervical lymph nodes are seen with maintained central fatty hilum. Lymph nodes of right side largest measuring 9 *3.1 mm and level II and left side largest measuring 8.7 * 3.3 mm at level II...pls tell me is this serious ? Added photo

According to usg report nothing to worry, this size of lymph node is non significant, Throat discomfort is due to pharyngitis or can be allergic
