Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I went for a routine blood test. Samples were taken from my left arm and a small circular band aid put on the part where needle was inserted. In the evening when I removed band aid I found the area around was all blue as if some arteries had ruptured and there was blood clotting in an area of around 1 inch circular. I feel discomfort when I lift some heavy weights with this arm. Otherwise no pain or irritation etc, unless I press on the effected area. Do I need some topical application or will it heal on its own ? Please advise.

I have been feeling a burning sensation in my penis since a year and I keep pressing the bottom of my penis to stop it but it swells more. My foreskin also is not stretched when not erect and I also feels lumps on the back of my penis. my testicles are always saggy and are out of place. Sir, my eye is stressed most of the time in day. watering happens most of the times. the strain in the muscles around the eyes causes discomfort in vision and forming black circles below the eyes. refraction is ok. in a slight gush of wind watering starts. watering happens in almost every new condition durin day. suppose i ride a bike or go outdoor then the condition becomes worse. please help..

Off late, my fingers have been popping a lot. A few weeks back, I went through a phase of low sleep. Since then my fingers have this extremely mild pain. It initially reduced my grip strength, which i noted while working out. But now my grip strength is back. But my finger joints are still popping a lot. I mean, I only pop them, but I feel a strong urge to, because of the slight pain/discomfort. Can you please tell me what this problem could be. And how to resolve it

My menstrual cycle always has been regular and I never faced delayed period issues in the past 10 years but lately for the past few months, my period starts almost 7-10 days after the expected date. I do not experience extreme period pains or any such discomfort during my periods but I am worried about this sudden change. Also, I am neither involved in sexual activities with my partner nor do I masturbate often. I want to know what possibly could have caused these delays and what can I do in future to make my menstrual cycle regular as it was before? Will exercising regularly help?

My complaint is mainly hardness/bloating/discomfort in abdominal region with no pain or burning etc. Almost all the time. No nausea or vomiting either. Appetite normal even when stomach seems full. US scan has shown gallstones of 7mm since 3+ years. Advised no need of surgery by docs so far. Hardness of stools. Sensation of internal swelling of some organ which is pressing constantly on adjoining organs. What may be the remedy or solution?

Hi Doctor I think I have ovarian cancer I have irregular bleeding since the age of 10 it has never been regular also I have PCOD I am overweight and inspite of following a strict diet my weight is not reducing sometimes I experience stomach discomfort almost once or twice a week kind of bloated I am tired most of the time and feel uneasy and weird please help me is it cancer I am going to get CBC done can it help to detect cancer?

Hi I have some problems with swallowing and it hurts lightly in the throat whist Coughing or even talking. His happened yesterday when I had gone to a function where the music was loud, so to communicate somethings I had to speak on top of my voice to be heard and when I spoke or rather screamed something in my throat interrupted my speech and I started coughing for up to a minute continuously,I then had some water and was relieved temporarily. Now I have the problem as stared above , not too much discomfort but still I have an acute pain which i am worried wont worsen. Please advice. Thank You .

Had disc prblm close to 2 yrs back. C3 c4 c5 c6 disc degenration L3l4s1 disc bulge he feels lot of discomfort in neck, like shake sensation. lower back imbalnce senstation while walking. How to fix this permanently? Disc bulge can be fixed permanently?

Discomfort in right side of throat since last 6-8 months. Problem in swallowing. Muffled voice sometimes. Had history of acidity and taken its medicine for 60 days but no relief. Was prescribed allergy medicine by one ENT specialist but had no effects. flexible laryngoscopy done and was diagnosed with Lingual tonsil hypertrophy. Doctor suggest surgery (laser) and also biopsy. He was a big time somker but has quit smoking since last one year. Is there any alternative to treat this apart from surgery? What are the chances of it being cancer?
