From yesterday i am having lower back pain with lower both legs discomfortness and neck stiffness. I do not have any fever or cough. My temperature ranges from 97.9 to 98.6 and spo2 is 98-99% and heart rate is 70-87 bpm. Today is my vaccination. Should i postpone or take the vacccine today itself?. Please guide me.

Hello Doctor, My daughter who is 4.8 yers old has been complaining of mild lip discomfort and has chapping. It feels like a slight swelling on lower lip alone. Her upper lip seems fine. Sir/ma'am I have a lump (painless) in perineal region, which is not visible from eyes or from surface. It's situated between interior thighs and anal region. After pressing skin I can feel hard jelly like mass . I can hold it well with two fingers when pressed hard . When I shake it , it sound like liquid but it's hard. No pain as such but sometimes discomfort in sitting. Stool is normal as usual, no blood , no thinning etc. What it can possibly be? Is it piles(interior)?

I have gurgling sound in my upper (mid and right region) abdomen and below chest region while lying down. I am also burping a lot and after burping i can hear gurgling sound on my throat. Hi, I have Bartholine cyst from a year and never noticed as it was not paining and not noticable at all. Recently I consulted a doctor and she gave some medicine and su-mag but it did not worked at all. But now swelling got increased and facing discomfort in walking as well but no pain. Consulted another doctor and she suggested surgery to remove that sack, i am sexually inactive so a little worried about surgery.
