Hello doctor I am abhay 20 yrs old male I have pain in my left arm muscle and a little headache . The pain has suddenly started from 2 days since i woke up The pain is not because of any physical activity like gym stretching and lifting it suddenly started and kept on increasing i do feel little pain and discomfort on left side of chest and back Expect this no other symptoms are noticeable Please Doctor advice is it related to any serious illness or any type of heart disease

My ultrasound report is "Hepatomegally with fatty liver gread1" and "Pertially distended gallbladder" SGPT, SGOT, bilirubin, alkeline phosphate are normal. But small discomfort small pain & small inflamation at right upper abdomen some time. And I am suffering with anxiety for this matter. And my weight loss 4kg withtin one month, may be the couse high anxiety. Is the problem serious or normal? Please tell me what is the problem and what medicine can use for the same?

During ovulation had more white Curdy discharge than egg white discharge.. always feels discomfort. I was in treatment and prescribed letrozole 2.5 and strone 200 for last 2cycles. Now i have stop all medicines prescribed as per the direction of doctor. But now experiencing Vaginal irritations all the tym whenever peeing. Mild low back pain from 7 month. i am visited 4 nos of orthpedic doctor i have done xray for lumber spondolytis and also hla b27 both are result normal. Should i go ahead for mri or what another thing when i sleeping there is no pain when i am long time sitting or standing that time i feel discomfort like my muscle strain.

I am working as computer engg. Job need eight hour seating daily. I have noticed recently I can not  seat straight for more than five minutes. I feel pain in my back  and feel discomfort if I tried to seat with back straight without any support , always need to  lean back to pillow or some support. Even on chair or sofa I lean back on upper body and neck. I tried to correct posture few days but pain in back makes it impossible for me. Should I consultant doctor if yes which type of doctor I should consult.

I am going through pain on my left jaw. I have visited a dentist and we had an X-ray done for diagnosing any teeth issue, however everything seems healthy. I am facing discomfort near my ear. I tried to find if any specific point aches by pressing points from my ear to my jaw and sensed that a point ahead of my ear aches. After searching on internet it is supposed to be temporomandibular issue. Is there any way to relieve out of this situation ? Many thanks.

Bilirubin Totta level is 6.5 Direct. 5.0 Sgpt(ALT)       802 SGOT(AST)     590 ALK PHSPHT. 2120 GAMMA GT.    230 Feeling much weakness and stomach discomfort. Dr suggest me, OMEPRAZOLE, symac tablet, motilium 10mg, and hepa Merz syrup. Im not enough satified this medication. So plz suggest me good medicine to recover. Thank you.

I am a 20yr old sexually inactive..I masturbate whenever I feel sexually aroused..I make sure that I am gentel with my self..i masturbated 2 days back and have been bleeding since then ..I noticed that there is bright red blood unlike usual periods..I don't experience any pain or discomfort but have been bleeding constantly and I am using pads to control it. I am expecting my periods in a week..but I am pretty sure that this is not my periods..what can I do..should I consult a Dr? Anything to worry? What can I do to stop bleeding?? Please help

The moment I lydown on my bed... For the next 10 mins.. I hv too much of discomfort .. then it settles down ..then while changing my sides .. I get back pain.. The next time it pains if when and after I get up. . I find it very difficult to stand up straight on my feet ... I need someone to hold and help me get up. ..because of the pain and tht again is there till next 10 mins... after tht Iam able to move around and return to my routine ..though not too comfortably .. but I'm able to atleast move around... My issue is.. only when I'm in sleeping position or when I'm going to lydown or when I'm getting up...

I'm having pain at left side, close to the center of the chest from past 3-4 hours. The pain increases with body movement else it's constant. It's not acute pain but I can feel the discomfort. It hurts more when I press on the area where the pain is. I haven't done or ate anything out of routine. What could be the reason for this pain and what are my next steps? Should I go see GP or specialist doctor? Please advise.
