I have swelling in my anus and due to that it creates discomfort and pain while sitting even walking too . I was having same problem 3 years back for 2 days and i consult a piles doctor in bangalore after that i  got relief . But again it came now and i am not in bangalore so please suggest me something . I searched on practo and no nearby doctor available in my city khajuraho mp. Pls don't mind attaching the photo of swelling on my anus  also. Please let me know what it is and the resolution with medicine . I will pay online for consultation.

After recovery from covid I have thigh mucles mucles discomfort.. My mucles of thighs have become tender and rubber like it's like no strength in them. My vit d is 40 , b12  400 calcium is also ok... I consulted neurologist he said it is lack of excercise.. I don't know what it is.. Can someone suggest and every friend I tell they laugh at me and say this problem they never heard.. I don't know what is the issue kindly help.

Dear Doctors, From the last few days i am having discomfortness in stomach i.e Stomach Gas, Burping and abdomen fullness. I want to ask that whethet gas trouble and stomach fullness cause increase in pulse rate. I am facing stomach fullness and burping my pulse rate goes upto 120 bpm. Is there any serious issue ?

I was having fever, cold n cough 10 days back .consulted online in practo with GP ,prescribed medication everything came down.I have stopped medications too as it was only for 3 days.but now I have severe throat pain with dry cough.lots of discomfort I feel in neck .I have 8 months baby too.need prescription for dry cough n throat pain.

While in squat position I feel slight discomfort or heaviness in lower right abdomen While sleeping on my stomach I feel slight  stiffness or pain in lower right abdomen when I wake up inbetween But I am NOT experiencing any of below symptoms- NO pain during coughing or sneezing NO pain while standing NO different feel on touch NO heartburn or chest pain Can this be Hernia?

I suffered from muscle spasm for which I took treatment. Currently while sleeping on stomach when I wake inbetween I feel slight pain in right lower abdomen which goes away after I change position. Also when I am in squat position for sometime I feel slight discomfort and heaviness in right position. No consistent pain is there. Is this pain related to muscle spasm?

Good day doctors. Since the past few months I have been noticing that I am having severe bloating, mild chest pain, gas, constipation and discomfort typically after consuming milk or heavy cream at night. It slowly subsides after taking eno/antacids. This is surprising since I never had any issue with cheese or other dairy products earlier. Is it possible that I have suddenly become lactose intolerant? Kindly advice what I should do. Can I eat yogurt? Thanks, I am 34 Female.

I have undergone fistula surgery before two weeks everything is fine except i am having diarrhea which is due to smuth,i was asked by my surgeon to take 15 ml due to that i have to go 4 to 5 time to relieve myself now i have reduce my dose to 10 ml but still i have to go thrice a day,still diarrhea persist which is causing me great discomfort because i am at work cant attend toilet everytime Can i reduce the doses to 5ml or change the stool softner Plz advice

I am having a severe cramp like pain in my testicles,after sometime the pain in the testicles stops but my upper left groin started paining the same way...I took a pan40 and decolic but it didn't stop I vomitted twice but it was only water and my taste became bitter.however after my stool(2 times) the pain is gone and I slept for an hour max,but again my testicles are paining and there is a certain discomfort there.
