Hello doctor I was given HCG injection on 29/8/20 after follicle size was 18*19mm. We had intercourse on 31st and 1st. From 31st till today 2nd September I am having continuous cramps and feeling lot of discomfort. Just keeping hot water bag to feel little better Is it any side effects of HCG injection Please guide me

My marriage is 2.5 years but my wife is not redy interested in intercourse she is  Reddy only  15 days in one time when when I do intercourse it feels  pain and discomfort  follow procedure like foreplay,lubrication in intercourse and we are not  used condom and other precaution for pregnancy my wife is is all the test are done like hormonal and thyroid TSH  the report is normal but   she is not ready for intercourse please help and prescribe medication for she is ready to romance. We are not any baby previous two time pregnancy is miscarriage 2.5 month.

Today i suddenly felt anxious about getting of heart attack and feeling of getting died. I was diagnosed with fissure. After medication when the doctor examined he said there is no wound anymore and the lower back discomfort or pain shall go away on it's own pretty soon. It did improve 99% but all this time i have noticed sour food makes me have loose stool with burning sensation. Please tell me what to do. I had tmt in February 2019 and Echo in April 2020...both were normal... But I am highly symptomatic.. Sir have small circular lump near the jaw line and below ear I visited a doctor where my FNAC was done of that part Report says I have Metastatic Carcinoma in the lump The doctor advised me to visit a oncologist Where my PET scan was done The report shows no sign of cancer cell in the body Now I am little bit confused what should I do next Can you guide me for that why this lump is there which is not giving any discomfort to me

It's been around one and half weeks that i have been experiencing burning sensation while passing stools. Few days back I had experienced hard stools which I think messed up my skin around the anal area. From that day i feel sharp burning sensation while passing stools and discomfort throughout the day. It's been 25 days that i m feeling like something got stuck in my throat but i m having my food without any problem n i m feeling my heart beat sometimes...ecg is normal...
