Tmt validity
I had tmt in February 2019 and Echo in April 2020...both were normal... But I am highly symptomatic.. I have chest discomfort going to throat n arm since 2 and half years...I usually get ecgs done twice every month since 2019 and none of them has ever caught anything except sinus tachy
Plz tell me for how long are normal TMT results valid? If it was not corona then wud have got it but now every day I have this question whether I shud go for repeat tmt and echo or not

There is no time period of tmt validity.
It has false negatives a d false positives. It is always corelated with clinical features .
Do stress echo whenever you go for investigation.
CT angio is good alternative to get 100 percent answer

There is no validity. Your symptoms seem not to be heart related if repeated ECG Echo and TMT are normal
