Hello some time i have pain in my chest. In normal ECG report is fine but tmt test is positive. Please help me for further test or any suggestions. after running & walking breathing issue facing also

Your TMT  is positive suggest  some occlusion  in heart  bld flow its better to  do  further investigations like 2 dECho , angiography
