Discomfort in genital area Though I get erection but I feel tenderness and exhaustion in genital. Feel underskin lumps in groin area. Strangely, I am not able to ejaculate while standing or with back side up. The only way to get ejaculation is lying down on my back. Its causing trouble while me n wife try for child as it becomes almost impossible to ejaculate in conventional position. Please suggest where I can consult in Hyderabad, I want to go for genital examination.

Is it okay to take paracetamol and diclofenac for fever and body pain while I'm taking rosuvastatin aspirin and clopidogrel(rosuva gold 20) evry night for my heart condition. (Suffered from a heart attack 6 months earlier) If not what other OTC medicine i can take for occasional fever or body pain(little discomfort in chest also).

Hi, I consulted a general physician regarding random stabbing pain on chest, which lasts for a month. I got adviced to take CT chest. The following is the statement from report. "Few centrilobular emphysematous changes noted in the bilateral lower lobes" 1) Does it is the cause for the chest discomfort? 2) How severe the disease is? 3) Is it curable? 4) What are the precautions to take from getting it worse Note: I don't have drinking / smoking habits Please provide your suggestion on this.

I think i have sprained my back (mostly pain on left side) while suddenly bending and carrying my 2 year old kid. I am unable to bend down properly and unable to wear socks or shoe (left side back hurts). No problem with, sitting on sofa or walking or lying down. Hi, I get left abdomen pain intermittently since last 4-5 months. Its actually a sharp discomfort kind of pain which doesn't lasts much. Sometimes while running or riding bike I feel that pain. Sometimes after eating food. There is no specific interval when it happens. But when I press that area. I feel little pain. Please note that I am diagnosed with GB polyp of 6mm last year. I did an USG it was all normal except GB polyp. Attached my CBC report as well.

I checked with the neurologist, they advised Yo to rest and use a donut pillow for this. Nothing else, I'm confused as to what to do, is this a more serious issue? Should I visit my office regularly? I should take full bed rest, if yes, for how long. Please tell me about the seriousness of this issue, as I can feel constant pain and I do not have constipation problems. I am 30 yrs old. 6 feet tall and weighing 105 kg. My job requires siting continuously for 9-10 hours. I have been working for over 7 years. From past couple of months i have feeling stiffness in my knees. Specially when i climb stairs. Though i dont feel any discomfort while walling jogging or running. Is it something serious ?
