My complaint is mainly hardness/bloating/discomfort in abdominal region with no pain or burning etc. Almost all the time. No nausea or vomiting either. Appetite normal even when stomach seems full.
US scan has shown gallstones of 7mm since 3+ years. Advised no need of surgery by docs so far.
Hardness of stools. Sensation of internal swelling of some organ which is pressing constantly on adjoining organs. What may be the remedy or solution?

Your underlying problem is improper digestion.Try to add fiber loaded food in your diet,Increase physical activity,exercise and drink lots of fluid.
This will take care of your digestion and body.
