Had disc prblm close to 2 yrs back. C3 c4 c5 c6 disc degenration L3l4s1 disc bulge he feels lot of discomfort in neck, like shake sensation. lower back imbalnce senstation while walking. How to fix this permanently? Disc bulge can be fixed permanently?

Hello...... If you rest for some days you can avoid bulged disc pressing nerve root there by reduce symptoms.... If the prolapse is mild doctor will advice you physiotherapy, if it doesn't work and pain in severe surgery is the final option... Get an MRI scan and consult neurosurgeon...
