Mild disc bulge at c5- c6
Hi, My mri reports says - Mild disc bulge with annular tear is seen at C5-C6 and C6-C7 level causing thecal sac indentation and foraminal narrowing predominantly at C5-C6 level on the left side. What does this mean? Is it serious? I feel numbness in arm sometime. Is it because of this? What treatment it require? Pls help Thanks

No it’s not serious...just be careful with ur neck...do isometric cervical exercises...use cervical pillow...medicines only for 2 weeks
