  4. Slip Disc at L4-L5 L5-S1. This illness.

Slip Disc at  L4-L5 L5-S1
Attached is the MRI Report. I have been diagnosed with annular  disc bulge at L3-L4 disc extrusion & Protrusion at L5-S1 since March '16.Please advice how can I get rid of this illness.
