My kid had anal itching. I saw visible white worm in the anus. Physician advised mebex 100mg  6 tablets for 3 days after 14 days zental syrup. She completed mebex last Thursday.Yesterday complained anal discomfort and saw white worm.need to wait till zental syrup to be completed or have to take consultation to start medication?

I had a low fistuletomy surgery 2 months back. My wound is still not completely healed. Attached is the image taken by the doctor 12 days ago. The pain is managable, there is no discharge, and my doctor has confirmed that there is no infection, but i still feel discomfort. Can you please tell me the complete healing duration for low fistuletomy? Sometimes (once in 10-12 days), i get bleeding after a bowel movement, especially when my stools are bulky. Does bleeding delay wound healing?

My 8month baby is breastfeed and on two times seni solid food..he is urinating 25-30times anow a days..he does not show any sign of pain or discomfort and pees only when he is active not when he sleeps..urinate quantity is also more not little drops..now here its rainy..is this the reason..bcz usually during summer days when its too hot..his urine output has even droped to 4times per day..

I have a one single boil on inner thigh from past 1 and half day. I've covered it with clean cotton. Also the area around it has swollen a bit. It appeared suddenly after a prolonged menses. I guess usage of sanitary pads for a week caused the inner thigh skin to become tender and cause this infection. Pls suggest a cream, it's causing discomfort while walking. Thank you.

It's post delivery 8 and half months ( C sec) I have been experiencing knee pain like a dull discomfort around the patella on and off . Day before yesterday my right knee on just slightly moving the patella it hurt but then that was it and today morning sudden pain in right knee which is lift more sever than what I had throughout like pain on getting up supporting that leg . Kind of clicking . Not sure though. Didn't do anything vigorous nor had a call or injury as far as I know . It's on one side of below patella. What could be the reason ? Please guide . Need help.Thankyou

Please anyone can tell me by saying if the report is okay or not!I have attached my report! 6years back suddenly I fell down and my knee was not it's position!when I went to the xray bench the knee came to its place!The report said that I have a joint gap and so I was going through physiotherapy! Suddenly I feel discomfort and pain whenever I am trying to stand or walk! I don't know whether it's nerve issue or not!

My ecg is abnormal say widespread of ST -T abnormalities. May be due to myocardial ischemia. But my 2D echo is normal. TMT test negative. Doctor say at initial stage of TMT results are abnormal but when you start walking it shows improvement. Doctor says nothing to worry. But  I still feel constant dizziness and little discomfort in my back and left hand.

Dear doctor, I have enlarged papillae on right side of tongue and attached a picture of it. Also, the right tongue edge always has some burning sensation along with some inflammation in right molar and right mucosa. It is there for 2 months. I don't have any habit of tobacco , gutka chewing or drinking/smoking. I had shown to doctor who diagnosed as chronic right tonsillopharyngitis and prescribed clarithromycin for a week but it had no improvement. What could be the reason. The tongue has a constant discomfort in the day. It is not severe in the morning though after later on it progresses.

I have been diagnosed with a calculus in the right kidney. It's 6mm calculus in mid pole. Initially, I had some discomfort in the pelvis region (left side in the front). I was advised to undergo USG of the abdomen and pelvis. The report showed 6mm calculus. Was advised to take medication for a month and repeat the USG. Did the scan again, and there was no change in status. The calculus remains, and the size is also the same. Please advise if a change of medication can help my condition
