About 8–9 days ago, I noticed two white patches at the back of my throat. Three to four days later, I developed a sore throat that lasted for about 2–3 days. I visited a general physician, who diagnosed me with a bacterial throat infection and stomatitis. The sore throat has now resolved, but the two white patches are still present. They are not painful and do not cause any discomfort—they have simply remained there. No history of smoking or tobacco consumption. I have attached the image for reference

Since 3-4 days, I have been experiencing itching around the foreskin and the underside of the glans (penis tip), which started after sexual intercourse with my wife. On examination, I noticed multiple tiny white and red spots/dots on the affected area. She've been experiencing intense itching and burning in the vaginal area for the past few days, especially at night. She also have a thick white discharge that looks like cottage cheese and has no unusual smell. The area feels irritated, dry, and slightly swollen/red, with some peeling-like skin. I am having gall stones and inflammation. Currently I am under going homeopathy medicines since 3 months. All symptoms like fever nausea gone away but facing mild pain in right side upper abdomen and after eating little discomfort. Query is medicine is working to dissolve stone bcz no symptoms?? When completely gall bladder will cure with homeopath medicines??
