Urethral stricture or prostatitis
After the uroflowmetry test I found that my peak flow is 15ml/sec with up and down curve with net volume 441ml. My post void residue is 41cc. Normal ultrasound report. I have got urinary hesitancy difficulty starting urination. I have got premature ejaculation problem. I feel burning in the anus and pelvis when I sit down and also when I lie down, after urination I feel discomfort. Is this prostate problem or urethral stricture problem?

Uroflowmetry curve pattern should also be carefully examined, as the curve shape can provide important clues about bladder outlet obstruction, urethral stricture, or dysfunctional voiding. 🙏🏻

Peak flow rate of 15 at your age is low. Prostatitis can occur at your age so too urethral stricture. Attach uroflowmetry report image and ultrasound report to help you better. See an urologist for clinical examination and more help.
