Urthral stricture is hardening(fibrosis)&narrowing of tubular lumen of lower urinary tube(urethra).
Site, lenth, degree of fibrosis and nature of disease like traumatic or inflammatory has to be properly assessed to plan for a proper treatment
Test like Retrograde urethrogram and micturating cystourethrogram help in proper assessment.endoscopic evaluation also help.consult a urologist for proper evaluation.long standing / untreated /maltreated stricture may lead to chronic infection,bladder and kidney dysfunction
