Ultrasound of small region : Well Defined hypoechoic lesion in the subcontinous plane on right lower leg with mild to moderate vascularity on color dopler ABDOMEN USG is normal. General Surgeon advised to remove it. Lesion is not painful sometimes it decreases and sometimes rises. Picture is attached. Not having any discomfort but just looks bad on leg. Please suggest

I am having mild chest pain for past one month. But no shortness of breath or radiating to shoulders. A cardiologist nearby took ecg, tropinin, echo and found that all are normal and it could be a muscle spasm and have muscle relaxant and pain killer. But every morning when i gotup this pain starts. I go to walking and i dont find any discomfort too. This is highly disturbing. Attaching my echo report. Please tell me what could be the issue.

Sir /mam i hve earache since 1 month i consulted a doctor he prescribed me amoxyclav and aphen sp, montelukast with fexofenadine ,azithromycin and nasal spray xylometazoline n mometasone but there is no significant relief in pain n heaviness... Due to middle ear fluid build up , ENT doctor prescribed Almox cv 625 , but after taking a single dose , feels throat discomfort, severe sweating and itching all my body, and create allergy to this medicine . Please suggest alternate to almox cv 625 for fluid build in middle ear , currently taking montina L tablet too.

My son is diagnosing with the EBV virus, Five week ago his CBC test results showed an increase in lymphocytes. Two weeks ago we conducted another CBC test, his lymphocyte levels are now decreasing. Additionally, one of his lymph node has reduced in size, though it still hasn't returned to its normal size after five weeks. While there is no pain in the lymph node, he experiences mild discomfort when it is pressed. Please suggest how much time it need to return to its normal size or should I need further tests for this.

I am 12 weeks pregnant. I am attaching my report. Can you please tell me if I have UTI or not? I do not have any symptoms of UTI except pain in my lower abdomen (just below my navel) only while walking. It actually doesn't pain but it's like something is being stretched ( a pull). Around 1.5 months back I had a minor run in with a motorcycle coming from the wrong side while crossing the road. The motorcycle rammed into me, fortunately the impact was slight as the rider managed to break at the right time. The impact was felt in feet and knuckles. There wasn't any major pain or discomfort. The scar from the impact is still visible (refer images). I'm not worried about the aesthetic of the scar but whether the persistence of the scar could be an indicator of some condition or deficiency?

I'm on dapagliflozin and Metformin since 2months alongside taking Trigabantin 100 and Rosuday10. Since a week, I've developed mild/discomfort near rectum, some medical journals point the cause towards Dapagliflozin; since I'm not an expert I'm unable to a decision. Can I stop taking the medication until my next endocrinologist visit in 15days? Are there any withdrawal effects?
