No excessive or explicit pain but constant discomfort and sensations. Can you please confirm these medicines will be okay with conditions in a brief short answer.

Hi! I had a laparoscopic myomectomy 6 weeks ago to remove fibroids from my uterus and I feel rather fine now. For movement, I only have been walking so far. I was advised not to lift heavy but Can I start with light weight exercises with say 2.5kg dumbbell pair? Also is it safe to swim now? My wounds have healed and I do not feel any specific discomfort or pain anymore. Please advise.

I have been having little tightness in my groin area while passing urine and like something is pressing. Ultrasound of abdomen is normal except a small bilateral inguinal hernia with omentocele. I also have burning sensation in my groin area specially under belt area. Urine culture showed some possible infections and used antibiotics for the same. But still it is same. While passing urine also it is like causing little discomfort. Is this all because of inguinal hernia? Please advise

Hello Doctor, I am having pain and redness under the Penis shaft almost on the mid length after having sex, it continues for about 4-5 days and then subsides. This gets repeated every time I have sex. I do experience moderate discomfort even while having a normal erection but without any redness. Is this any infection or an injury? I have a very curved penis which is about 40deg from normal level. Do I need to undergo any tests or scan to diagnos any issues there? Kindly help. Attaching picture. Thanks

I have been suffering from acid reflux and a throat ulcer for almost 4 years, and it still has n’t healed. I consulted an ENT specialist and followed a 2-month treatment, but the ulcers increased despite using tablets. I’m worried about what to do next. Can I undergo an upper GI endoscopy? Please give me some suggestions. I’m still facing throat discomfort, and there’s a slight bad smell from my throat, which sometimes feels like a cold.

My son is 2 yr 10 months old. For past 4-5 days he is sweating alot while sleeping. We are in Bengaluru and weather here is nice and cold . We dont need fans but for him i have to turn on fan. I make him wear thin cotton clothes but still he sweats alot while sleeping in day or night . It affects his sleep as he wakes up because of sweat discomfort. Yesterday night i was playing football and felt a little pain while running at the back of my left knee since it felt bearable and minute i ignored it but by today morning i couldnt bend my knee completely(putting the leg completely straight) while walking as the back of my knee was hurting. I dont feel any discomfort or anything but i am not able to walk without bending my knee as in not able to put completely straight. Could you please tell me the reason.
