Endometrial thickness of 13.2 mm
My mother 48 years, going through premenopause was having complaints of body heat, weakness and stomach discomfort went for pelvic ultrasound and have endometrial thickness of 13.2 mm with fsh 12.61. Her last period was on 9th June which was for one day very light. And before that she used to get once in a 2 months with normal bleeding. What should be the next steps? Should we wait for her periods? Or go for biopsy? Attached reports for reference

Hi Is your mother obese? Any history of Hypertension, diabetes, use of harmone therapy in past, infertility issues in past, family history of malignancy? Going for biopsy depends on all these and countour of endometrial thickness on ultrasound. Please get a clinical examination done.and take a  call accordingly
